Geoff Snare
Vice President of Global Technical Services
Before joining Sophos in 2003, Geoff was responsible for European Customer Support at divine, inc., a provider of content management software and services.
With a 30-year history in IT, Geoff has been an independent consultant in the customer support and services sector, involved in the Support Center Practice (SCP) certification program; VP for Worldwide Technical Support at Platinum Technology, and before that, worked at a number of large technology companies, including Texas Instruments and McDonnell Douglas.
Geoff graduated with an honours degree in Systems Engineering from Loughborough University.
