Nanci Caldwell
Independent Non-Executive Director
Nanci Caldwell joined the Sophos board of directors as an independent non-executive director in 2007.
Nanci worked at PeopleSoft from April 2001 to December 2004, serving as a Senior Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer from April 2001 to January 2002, and as Executive Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer from January 2002 to December 2004. Prior to joining PeopleSoft in 2001, Ms Caldwell held various senior management positions at Hewlett-Packard Company.
Nanci has been a technology consultant since January 2005, and serves on the boards of Live Ops, Inc., Deltek Systems, Inc., and Citrix Systems. Past board positions include Hyperion Solutions Corporation and Network General Corporation. Ms Caldwell has a BA in Psychology, from Queen's University, Kingston, Canada and completed the University of Western Ontario's Executive Marketing Management Program.
