Wendy joined Sophos in 2004, bringing with her 20 years' experience in technology and engineering management positions with market-leading IT companies.

Before joining Sophos, Wendy was Engineering Director at Sun Microsystems, and prior to that, European Development Director at leading software technology provider, SCO.

Wendy has built a solid reputation for successfully leading global engineering teams, dedicated to producing high quality, complex products on multiple platforms.

Wendy graduated from UMIST, Manchester, with an honours degree in Computer Science.
