• During the rollout of a major e-commerce project the IT team has to ensure that the sensitive data on its 350 Windows® XP desktops and laptops, plus its Windows 2003 file servers, remain protected.
• The organization’s large and widely dispersed staff need to remain fully aware of the threats that face the company's country-wide IT infrastructure.

Technology solution

• CVGT implemented Sophos Endpoint Security and Control across its network and also integrated SAV Interface with its email gateway.
• Endpoint Security and Control is managed through Sophos Enterprise Console which makes managing the threat environment straightforward.
• SAV Interface enhanced CVGT’s protection by using the Sophos virus detection engine to scan incoming and outgoing email for malicious attachments and code.
