| Description |
| The following chain letter about a missing boy called Evan Trembley was first seen spreading across the internet in 2007. The email urges recipients to pass it on to their friends and colleagues. According to media reports, however, the email was started by Evan Trembley himself, and none of the organizations which track missing children are aware of an individual by that name being missing. The text of the email reads as follows, and is sometimes accompanied by an image of a young man: My 15 year old boy, Evan Trembley, is missing. He has been missing for now two weeks. |
