EM Library: a version 1.2 console is apparently installed over EM Library version 1.3

When EM Library version 1.3 has been installed on a computer, the EM Library version 1.2 console can appear to install EM Library version 1.2 over the copy of EM Library version 1.3.
When the remote installation routine is run to create an library from an EM Library 1.2 console, if the remote computer already has an EM Library version 1.3 library, the installation routine apparently completes successfully. However, the library is then shown as inaccessible in the EM Library 1.2 console. Despite this, the original library is still available in the 1.3 console.
What to do
- Reinstall EM Library 1.3 on the original computer. Your initial settings and library will be recovered during this installation process.
- Then upgrade the rest of your network.
