EM Library: when uninstalling, schdsrvc.exe closes with an error
When uninstalling EM Library via the 'Sophos EM Library' option in 'Add/Remove programs', removal stops, and the error message below is displayed:
schdsrvc.exe has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience
This will happen if an attempt is made to uninstall EM Library during an upgrade.
Note: This only happens on Windows XP.
