EM Library: package download progress bar goes blank during installation
The package download progress bar in EM Library sometimes goes blank during download. This can happen if you switch windows during the download.
Although the progress bar is blank, it does not necessarily mean that the download has stopped. You can check to see if files are still being downloaded.
What to do
Check to see if files are being downloaded to the following folder: C:\Program files\Sophos Enterprise Manager\Library\files
If files are being added to that folder, your download is still taking place.
