Sophos PureMessage SBE: features in version 2.6.1
PureMessage Small Business Edition 2.6.1 incorporates a number of enhancements.
Enhanced message and threat reports
The range and flexibility of reporting has been significantly improved.
- Scope – reports available for SMTP (gateway), Exchange mail store and NNTP services.
- Flexibility – the administrator can select from a predefined list of report periods or define their own report period. Reports can be generated for either a single or all servers using PureMessage.
- Presentation – reports are available in bar graph, pie chart and table format.
- Analysis – report source data can be exported in CSV / HTML format for external analysis or presentation.
- Scalability and speed – report data is stored in either a MSDE database or SQL server database.
Direct access to end-user spam quarantine
End users can now access the quarantine website any time to review their emails that have been classified as spam. This feature uses Active Directory to check user credentials before allowing access to the quarantine website.
