EM Library: how to check that you are updating from the correct location
You may sometimes need to change the databank that you update Sophos
What to do
To check that you are updating from the correct location:
- In Sophos EM Library console, select the library name.
- In the 'Configuration' view, click 'Select Parent'.
- In the 'Primary parent' tabbed page, ensure that 'Website' is set to the correct databank update location.
- Click 'OK'.
