Sophos Mobile Security for Windows Mobile: known issues

There can be differences in the scanning results between a scheduled scan, and an on-demand scan.

This is a known issue of Sophos Mobile Security for Windows Mobile. Further issues are detailed in the product release notes.

These differences are displayed when scanning archives that have multiple infections within them.

This can lead to numbers not tallying between scheduled scan results, and on-demand scan results.
