EM Library: generates update errors including index 0x8007002
Issue
An EM Library update generates the following errors. These can be seen in the EM Library Message log.
could not delete \\server\interchk\savscfxp\\setup.exe;
could not delete \\server\interchk\savscfxp\\setupenu.dll;
could not open \\server\interchk\savscfxp\\<filename>; index 0x8007002

What to do
- Close the EM Library console.
- Close Enterprise Console.
- Un-share, and then re-share, the Central Installation Directory (CID).
- Ensure the 'Everyone' group has 'Full Control' permission for the CID.
- Update the checksum of the CID.
If this keeps happening check how many computers connect in to the CID (1,000 MAX. but this might need to be a lot less depending on their network).
