What to do

Check your Sophos Credentials.
Press the Ctrl, Alt and Del keys at the same time.
Click 'Task Manager' and select the Processes tab.
Select DLLLOADER.EXE process, click on 'End Process', then close 'Task Manager'.
Close the Sophos Control Center, then open it again.
Click 'Update Now'. This should now update successfully.

To double-check if it has updated, browse to the following location and check for files that have been updated with the present date and time:

\Program Files\Sophos\SCC\Library\files\
