PureMessage for Microsoft Exchange, version 3.0, offers substantially increased PureMessage functionality, including support for Exchange 2007, and 64-bit server support.
- Integration with Active Directory for use within email policy.
- Ability to apply email policy to a specific email direction (inbound, outbound and internal).
- Ability to detect Potentially Unwanted Applications (PUAs).
- Ability to monitor and manage multiple PureMessage instances from a single console.
- New user interface with a new email security dashboard and activity monitor.
- New report creation tool with enhanced graphical charts and 20 management reports.
- Ability to search for phrases in email body and attachments using wild cards and regular expressions.
- Attachment file type detection enhanced to detect several new file types (e.g MP3 files).
All existing customers of PureMessage for Windows/Exchange are entitled to receive the new version of PureMessage for Microsoft Exchange, under the terms of their current license and at no additional cost.
