EMLibrary: unable to change parent address
Issue
When you try to change the parent address you receive 'Could not change Library Address' error message:
EMLibrary could not commit changes

What to do
EM Library is probably busy, for example, it may be running an update.
Usually, if you wait for several minutes it will complete its current task, and if you try again, it will accept the changes.
If it still fails:
- Go to Windows Task Manager and stop the process 'dlloader.exe'.
- Make the necessary changes, EMLibrary should now commit to changes made.
